Pay Structure & Growth Opportunity
• Starting pay: $16/hour (paid training)
• Pay increases are based on level, ability, and responsibility — not time
• Advancement opportunities include:
Crew Member → Skilled Staff → Senior Staff → Shift Leader
• Each level advancement typically comes with a $2/hour increase
• Raises and promotions are not automatic and are based on performance,
reliability, and overall fit
• Final decisions regarding advancement are made by management
• This position is available for part-time and full-time applicants
