Front of House

DESCRIPTION
The Front of House team member represents the restaurant’s first impression. This role includes greeting guests, taking orders, coordinating dine-in and take-out service, and maintaining a clean and organized front area. Smooth communication between FOH, kitchen, and packing staff is essential to ensure accurate and timely service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet guests and answer menu questions
  • Operate POS/register system and handle phone/delivery app orders
  • Assist with food running, packing, and basic service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and pick-up counter
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen, sushi bar, and packing staff
COMMITMENT
  • Part-time or Full-time available
  • Minimum 3 shifts per week
  • Weekend availability preferred
  • Performance review after approximately 30 days
