Responsible for preparing hot dishes such as ramen, fried items, rice bowls, and bento boxes. Maintains kitchen organization, hygiene, and consistent pace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare hot dishes according to standards
Perform cutting, marinating, and daily prep tasks
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and station
Communicate effectively with FOH and packing staff
COMMITMENT
Part-time or Full-time available
Experience preferred, but training can be provided
Able to keep pace during busy hours
Must follow food safety and sanitation standards
