DESCRIPTION
Oversees workflow during assigned shifts, coordinating roles and pacing to ensure smooth service. Supports onboarding and training of new staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assign work positions during shift
  • Ensure process and sanitation standards are followed
  • Handle minor issues during service
  • Complete end-of-shift checks and handoff
COMMITMENT
  • Part-time or Full-time available
  • Restaurant experience required
  • Calm and clear communication style
  • Growth path toward Store Manager available
