Sushi Assistant / Prep

DESCRIPTION
Supports the sushi bar with ingredient prep and basic roll-making. Ideal for individuals who are willing to learn and grow into a sushi chef role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Wash, cut, and prepare sushi ingredients
  • Cook and season sushi rice; restock work station
  • Roll basic sushi rolls; assist with plating
  • Maintain station cleanliness
  • Assist packing or FOH during peak hours when needed
COMMITMENT
  • Part-time or Full-time available
  • No experience required; willingness to learn is most important
  • Fast, neat, and detail-oriented work style
  • Stable attendance expected
