Responsible for preparing sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and related items while maintaining stable quality and freshness. Must be able to maintain a consistent pace and standard during busy hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri
Monitor product freshness and manage prep levels
Maintain proper cutting and plating standards
Ensure sushi bar cleanliness and food safety compliance
Coordinate ticket timing with FOH and packing staff
COMMITMENT
Part-time or Full-time available
Prior sushi-making experience required
Stable pacing and attention to detail
Reliable attendance, consistent schedule
